In 1997 David Mahlowe, Eugene Halliday’s literary executor, founded The Halliday Review, alongside publishing Halliday’s books through The Melchisedec Press. The Review was a magazine for Ishval members, and its purpose was to present shorter, previously unpublished writings and artwork by Halliday. Mahlowe died in 1998 after producing four issues. The magazine was then continued by Abel Stahnion and Shibat Whardell, and currently by Hephzibah Yohannan.
